Intent

By Royal decree the following days are now holidays and shall be celebrated by all peoples in the prescribed manner. Celebratory participation is compulsory and will be enforced under pain of death.

January 7^th - Nonstandard Units of Measurement Day: All measurements and statistics shall be communicated in units other than English or Metric.

March 22^nd - Day of Uncertainty: All statements of fact must be qualified so as to include the possibility of doubt about the stated facts.

??? ?? - Arbitrary Day: Notice of holiday will be given on the preceding day along with the method of celebration.
